Estonian rally technology receives international recognition
In July 2026, Estonian media reported that the FIA had recognised RallyLynx as an approved Smart Tracking solution. Developed by Siim Plangi and Timo Koobakene, RallyLynx combines real-time vehicle tracking, OK/SOS workflows, red-flag messaging and digital event-management tools in a smartphone-based platform.
